After your purchase, you can enter the promotion anytime between 00:00:01 on 01.06.25 to 23:59:59 on 25.11.25, but your entry must be within 30 days of purchase.
Yes, you must purchase a qualifying Kärcher wet and dry vacuum to participate.
Qualifying products include Kärcher wet and dry vacuums from WD 1 Series, WD 2 Series, WD 3 Series, KWD 3 Series, WD 4 Series, WD 5 Series and WD 6 Series. The full list of qualifying Kärcher products can be found in the Terms & Conditions at www.vacandwinwithkarcher.com.
To enter, purchase a qualifying Kärcher wet and dry vacuum, scan the QR code found on promotional materials in-store or visit www.vacandwinwithkarcher.com and complete the registration form whilst also submitting your valid receipt or invoice on the promotional website.
No, only one entry per person is allowed. Each receipt or invoice can only be used once.
You must submit your entry within 30 days of purchasing a qualifying product.
Yes, your receipt or invoice will be validated within 7 days of entry. If successful, you'll receive a text message with a unique link to play the ‘Vac & Win’ game and discover your prize.
Yes, purchases made from participating online retailers, including but not limited to Amazon, Currys, and the Kärcher website, are eligible, provided the purchase was made within the promotional period.

Everyone will win a prize. Once your entry has been successfully validated, you will play the ‘Vac & Win’ game to reveal your prize. Prizes include:
- 10 x Bose Soundbar
- 15 x Ring Doorbell + Chime + One (1) Year’s Subscription
- 25 x Portable Mini Projector
- 30 x Dash Cams
- £10 E-Gift Voucher. The voucher will either be from the qualifying retailer your Kärcher product was purchased from or will be a multi-brand gift voucher.
The e-gift voucher will be valid for 6 months once it has been received by winners. Once you have activated the voucher link, you must redeem it within 1 hour. We advise that you do not activate the voucher link until you are about to make a purchase.
The prizes are awarded through an independent algorithm that identifies "winning moments." The first valid entry after each moment wins.
If your entry is disqualified, you will receive a text message explaining the reason. If it's due to an issue with your receipt, you may be asked to upload it again.
If your receipt / invoice:
- Does not show the qualifying product,
- Does not show the purchase date,
- Has already been used,
- Is from a non-participating retailer,
- Is blurry, making key information unreadable,
- Or is an order/delivery confirmation instead of a receipt,
you will be asked to reupload your receipt or invoice by 25.11.25, subject to purchase date as you must enter within 30 days of purchase. If not, your entry will be invalidated.
Your entry may be rejected if you upload an image that is not a receipt or invoice confirmation, or if your receipt or invoice shows a purchase made outside the promotional dates.
If your entry is successfully validated, you will receive a text message with a link to play the ‘Vac & Win’ game and discover your prize. After the prize reveal, to claim a voucher prize, you must click the ‘CLAIM’ button on your screen. To claim a physical prize, you must fill out and submit the claim form on screen, where you will submit your postal address. This must be done within 14 days of the prize reveal.
No, prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
If you don’t claim your prize within 14 days, it will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.
Physical prizes will be dispatched within 35 days of the purchase date, and you should allow 28 days for delivery. Gift vouchers will be sent after successful claim validation and within 35 days of the purchase date.
No, if you return the product within the validation period, your entry will be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited.
If you don’t receive your prize, it could be due to incorrect contact details. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information provided.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the prize winners. If you are unreachable, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit your prize.
By entering, you agree that your personal details will be processed in accordance with the Kärcher Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your information may be shared with agents for the purposes of prize fulfilment.
Yes, but the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such a request means it is unable to complete the prize delivery or assist after the deletion of the phone number.
